Please comment and tell us how often and why?  (See the photo)

Some people know exactly what they want during the month, some plan for the week, but me… I shop for all the necessities monthly and then during the week (as I crave certain things) I look up recipes and shop according to what that recipe requires for that night. (Yes I am weird, but that is ok) My family loves the creativity, and it gives me a chance to cater to cravings. This is alot of work I know! 🙂 What do you do? We look forward to hearing your comments.  There is no right or wrong answer.

Take for instance… Tonight we were craving Brinner! Breakfast for dinner… We want egg, cheese, and black forest ham sandwiches, but we want onions too. Sounds delicious. I can’t wait!   Here is the recipe I’m going to follow, but I’m not going to stack it as high. I want 1 layer so I’m going to take the best from this recipe and make my own. P.S. I like it hot! I will add minced jalapeno, minced garlic, and I like to saute and caramelize my onions as well, unfortunately I do not have avocado, lettuce (but I do have spinach YUM), or tomato this evening :(, but no need to worry, the sandwich will be delicious without them! What do you do? Changing recipes to your tastes is so much fun! Do you change recipes?
